2. **Waiver of Liability**: I hereby release Global Kite Trips from any liability for damages or injuries arising from my participation in kite surfing lessons. This waiver extends to cover consequential damages, injuries, or fatalities.
3. **Responsibility for Others**: I agree to hold Global Kite Trips harmless from any liability for damages caused by the actions or negligence of other students or riders during kite surfing sessions.
4. **Property Protection**: I acknowledge that Global Kite Trips is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to my property or the property of third parties during kite surfing activities.
5. **Swimming Proficiency**: I confirm that I am a proficient swimmer in open water and capable of swimming under the conditions present at the kite surfing location.
6. **Sobriety and Health**: I certify that I am not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication during kite surfing lessons or sessions. I understand the importance of good physical and psychological health for safe participation and confirm that I meet these requirements.
7. **Review of Terms**: I acknowledge that Global Kite Trips has provided ample opportunity for me to review these terms and conditions, and it was not presented to me at the last minute.
8. **Legal Consent**: I affirm that I am at least 18 years old, or I, as a parent or legal guardian, provide consent for my participation in kite surfing lessons.
